I’m trying to set it up with the stock fans still showcased on the outside so you can see the RBG like in this video (skip to about 7:35 to see finished build) On my MB, the X53 just limits itself to 1000rpm when CAM is not running, but if your configuration can run the pump faster than that even without CAM, you could still run into the same issue without CAM. A few weeks after building the system, the buzzing/rattling of my X53 pump has gotten unbearably loud; even closed heaphones won't help. I have the Kraken x53 on my 5600x and it stays nice and cool.
